TobinLeff Advises DP+ on its Sale to Fusion92
TobinLeff is pleased to announce that it brought the parties together and served as the M&A advisory firm to DP+ on its recent sale to Fusion92, a portfolio company of the private equity groups Serata Capital Partners and London-based Landon Capital Partners.
DP+ is one of Michigan’s largest independently owned marketing agencies. Fusion92 is a technology-enabled and data-driven marketing innovation company based in Chicago. The deal brings together two of the largest Midwest independent agencies to combine their strengths in strategy, insights, data and analytics, creative services and content, and media activation and optimization to yield a unique platform for brands seeking integrated and innovative marketing solutions.
